Xolani Walter Ntombela grew up in Kwa Zulu Natal where he sang in the Church from a young age.
In 1997 he started singing professionally and has worked with many of the most accomplished South African musical playwrights and musicians. These include the renowned Mbongeni Ngema and Duma Ka Ndlovu, gospel artists Benjamin Dube and Lundi. He has also worked with Chicco Twala and Lebo M of Lion King fame.
He joined Soweto Gospel Choir as a singer and drummer, and hopes to dance for the Choir in the future.
