Kevin Williams was introduced to music at the age of 9 by his family who are musically oriented. He was taught how to play drums and bass guitar by family members and then went on to play music full-time in local church choirs.
Kevin’s dedication to music led him to teaching young people in the local church and running musical workshops when he was 15 years old.
After completing high school Kevin enrolled as a student at the University of Natal in pursuit of a music degree, majoring in vocals. Kevin has worked as a vocal arranger/producer and composer for recording artists and musicians.
He joined the Soweto Gospel Choir in 2006 and is excited to be part of a group that is taking gospel music around the world.
Kevin comes from Pietermaritzburg in Kwa Zulu Natal.
