Eli Amor has been performing professionally since the age of 12.Born in Zimbabwe he moved to Johannesburg in 1998.
A guitarist of note, he has performed with African stalwarts such as Oliver Mtukudzi, Angelique Kidjo, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Tshepo Tshola and many others. In 2005, performing with Sliq Angel, they opened for John Legend in Cape Town.
He has been featured by BBC Radio, and performs two songs on “Wild at Heart” the British soapie, with his own band Sahara.
He joined Soweto Gospel Choir in 2007 and has travelled the world with them.
